(Topshop asymmetric dress)
This dress was on sale at Topshop (The Department Store) the other day. I'm meant to be saving my money but I'm a sucker for a discount and I couldn't help but buy it. It's kind of hard to see in this photo but the things hanging off it are tiny little chains.
